Privacy and participation

Private intake

This initiative gathers accounts to prepare a collective regulatory complaint about Binance fund restrictions. Submissions go privately to the initiative organizer. They do not create public profiles. A name is optional; you may use a pseudonym. The website does not publish participants’ personal details.

Information requested

We ask for an accessible email, country at the time, platform, issue type, complaint stage and a short factual summary. This supports initial review and follow-up. Do not send passwords, seed phrases, identity documents, complete account statements or other people’s personal information. Detailed evidence is discussed separately.

Consent and sharing

The form requires consent to private review and follow-up contact. Submitting does not authorize public disclosure, representation or transmission of identifying material to Binance, lawyers or regulators. Any such step requires separate agreement, unless disclosure is legally required. The organizer’s identity and arrangements for any formal submission can be clarified privately before you provide detailed evidence or authorize representation.

Delivery and storage

Vercel hosts the website. Your browser sends the form to FormSubmit, which forwards the information to the organizer’s Proton email inbox. The form uses an opaque provider identifier, so the destination email is not exposed in the public page or browser code. These providers may process data in different countries. HTTPS protects transport; this is not a claim of end-to-end encryption of the submission.

The organizer reviews retention after 12 months and removes information no longer needed, subject to lawful preservation requirements. FormSubmit describes a 30-day submission archive. Provider retention is governed by their own policies. The website has no public claimant database and no advertising trackers or analytics added by us.

Your requests

Use the contact form to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, and to ask who is handling your submission. Use the same email so your request can be verified. Requests are handled under applicable law; you can contact the competent data protection authority. Withdrawal does not undo lawful processing already completed.

Status of participation

Participation is free. This is an independent initiative at the case-gathering stage, not a law firm, regulator or Binance service. No collective claim is presented as already filed. Submission does not appoint a lawyer, assign a claim or guarantee an investigation, response or recovery. Formal filings, representation and any future costs require separate participant agreement.
